Dan is part of our team since 2016, being involved in commercial law, with a special focus on criminal procedure. Dan’s practice covers various insolvency and reorganization procedures.
His areas of practice covers the subjects of criminal law of business, corporate disputes and arbitration international. Dan is specialized in the management of the corruption accusations, financial fraud, fraud against the financial interests of the European Union, tax evasion, offenses in the capital markets and public procurement.
