Hammond Bogaru & Associates is for the second time a strategic partner of the Annual Credit Risk Management Conference, organized by ICAP Romania and Cycle European.

The event took place on Tuesday May 27th, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel and welcomed C-level executives from major local and multinational companies, banks and legal advisors. The conference talks were held around legal and financial developments influencing companies decisions in risk management practices and the highs and lows of the insolvency procedure in Romania.

Petronela Ana, partner and dispute resolution coordinator with HBA, was invited to speak as a panelist and she addressed issues regarding advantages of both creditor and debtor in the insolvency procedure, atypical ways of valuing debts and the highly disputed new Romanian Insolvency Code.

She was joined in the conversation by representatives of Piraeus Bank, Casa de Insolventa Transilvania andAon Risk Solutions.
