HBA Managing Partner Cristian Bogaru was invited to analyze “European legal developments and trends and challenges of cross border work” at the 2011 European Conference organized by the world famous “The Lawyer” Magazine in Geneva, Switzerland.

Together with international professionals Mr Bogaru assessed the implications of the economic downturn and its continuing impact on the way law firms operate in the global market, explored the key principles of success in the current climate and looked into the future while discussing how the challenges of today could transform into the opportunities of tomorrow, to the benefit of HBA clients.

Romanian lawyer and Swiss legal adviser Cristian Bogaru is co-founder of Hammond, Bogaru and Associates, having over 15 years of international legal experience in business law and as a commercial lawyer successfully represented the interest of large international companies in front of the Romanian courts.
